Report an AI Act infringement

Per EU AI Act Article 87 and the Whistleblower Protection Directive (EU) 2019/1937, you can report a suspected infringement of the AI Act anonymously. We do not log who you are, what device or network you came from, or whether you are signed in.

You will receive a one-time tracking code on the next screen. Save it — it is the only way to check the status of your report later. We acknowledge within 7 days and aim to close within 3 months (Directive Art 9).

By submitting, you affirm that the report is in good faith. Reports made in bad faith are not protected under Directive 2019/1937 Article 6(1).
